Health, Safety, the Environment (HSE) and Security
CGG applies a mature HSE policy to prevent all workplace accidents or occupational diseases of employees and contractors. We integrate our contractors in our HSE reports and hold them to the same high expectations as our own employees.
In addition to the health and safety of our employees and contractors, their security has become increasingly important in certain regions. CGG implements a security intelligence and monitoring system to identify and assess threats, and all personnel receive regular security information on their country of operations.
Governance and Sustainable Development
CGG believes that sustainable development (SD) and governance involve all internal and external stakeholders. We seek the commitment of all our employees and management to support and promote SD and its governance.
Several of our policies and practices support our commitment to SD and its governance:
- Sustainable development and social responsibility
- Occupational health and wellness
- Safety
- Security
- Respect for the environment
- Fair business practices
- Our Code of Business Conduct
