Halten Terrace, Norwegian Sea
Explore highly prospective areas with 3D broadband seismic
Obtain better insight into the Halten Terrace in the Norwegian Sea with our full-bandwidth 3D broadband seismic survey. The nearby fields, mainly located in rotated Jurassic fault blocks, are proven to be highly prospective, containing both oil and gas. Key producing formations include Garn, Åre, Tilje and Fangst. The Halten survey targets these plays and also potential anticlines and stratigraphic traps in Cretaceous sandstones in the Rås Basin to the west, providing clear and high-resolution images in this complex region.
